TERMS & CONDITIONS

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

Please review the following policy regarding changes of mind or finding our service cheaper elsewhere:

1. Refunds and Transferability:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you find our service cheaper elsewhere.

  • Prepaid treatments or services are non-transferable to other individuals if you choose not to proceed.

2. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be provided as required by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or other applicable legislation or regulatory compliance.

  • If our service or product is faulty or if we are liable under the Australian Consumer Law, it may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

3. Suitability and Results:

  • We cannot guarantee that all of our procedures and products will necessarily be suitable for you.

  • While we exercise due care and skill in treating our clients, it is your responsibility to determine the suitability of our products or treatments for you.

  • Individual results can vary, and it is important to have realistic expectations about the outcomes of any treatment or product. d. We encourage you to consult with your therapist or health professional regarding the expected results of the treatment or product.

4. Refund Requests:

  • Any request for a refund for purchased treatments must be made in writing and sent to: belencialaser@gmail.com. The clinic will reasonably consider and review such written requests to determine the appropriateness of a refund.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

1. Deposit: 

  • To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit must be paid in advance via credit card. 

  • In the event of a late cancellation (less than 48 hours' notice) or a no-show appointment, this may result in your deposit being lost.

2. Deposit Application:

  • Following your appointment, your deposit will be applied to the cost of your consultation and/or treatment.

​

UNSUITABILITY FOR TREATMENT

1. Assessment and Cancellations:

  • If your consultant determines that it is unsafe to proceed with the treatment on the day due to certain factors, your appointment will be cancelled.

  • If the treatment can only be partly done due to such factors, the full cost of the treatment or a reasonable portion thereof will be charged.

2. Partial Treatments and Rebooking:

  • If only some areas can be safely treated on the day or if the complete treatment cannot be conducted due to unsuitability, discounts provided for multiple treatments cannot be carried over if rebooking is required.

  • Any rebooked treatments or part-treatments will be charged at full price during the follow-up appointment.

NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS

1. No Show Policy:

  • If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Failure to provide the required notice will result in your deposit being lost

 

PREPAID TREATMENT

1. Prepaid Treatment Policy: Prepaid treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

​1. Cancellation Notice:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Failure to give the required notice will result in your deposit being lost
